Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Tierux ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including developers, organisations, and any other entities that access or use the Service.
2. Contracting Entity
The Service is operated by Marios Tsigkas, of Parren, 11525, Athens, Greece ("we", "us", "our"). This is the entity you are contracting with under these Terms. For questions, contact contact@tierux.com.
3. Description of Service
Tierux is a developer tool that provides an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server and associated SDK for managing Google Play in-app purchase entitlements. The Service allows you to:
- Verify Google Play purchases and subscriptions
- Manage product mappings and paywalls
- Integrate entitlement checks into your applications via the MCP protocol
- Configure and deploy entitlement infrastructure using Claude AI assistants
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
5. Account and API Keys
Use of the Service requires Google Cloud credentials and a Google Play service account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys
- All activity that occurs under your account or credentials
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use
We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your credentials.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to Google Play systems or any third-party systems
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code of the Service
- Use the Service in a way that disrupts or damages the Service or its infrastructure
- Facilitate fraudulent purchase verification or entitlement bypasses
7. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with Google Play, Google Cloud, and the Anthropic Claude API. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms:
- Google Play Developer API — governed by Google's developer terms
- Google Cloud — governed by Google Cloud's terms of service
- Anthropic Claude — governed by Anthropic's usage policies
We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of any third-party service.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its source code, design, and documentation, is owned by Marios Tsigkas or his licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you except the limited licence to use the Service as described herein.
You retain ownership of any data or applications you build using the Service.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Marios Tsigkas and his affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of €100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marios Tsigkas and his affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Modifications to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
